Choose your retreat ↗Step away from the everyday and make room for what is asking for your attention.
Held in Costa Rica, this eight-day retreat brings together a small circle of women for ceremony, reflection, and connection. With just seven participants, there is room to be seen as an individual and to move through the experience with personal support.
Two Iboga fire ceremonies sit at the heart of the retreat, alongside time to rest and begin making sense of your experience. Private coaching with Zoey supports the journey before you arrive and after you return home.

Experience Costa Rica
Ocean air. Tropical gardens.
Time to take it all in.
Your eight days extend beyond the ceremony space. Spend a day at the beach, rest and rejuvenate by the river, enjoy delicious local food prepared onsite, and return to the quiet of the retreat’s tropical gardens. There is room for reflection, and room to enjoy being here.
A tradition of self-discovery
What is Iboga?
Iboga is a rainforest shrub native to West Central Africa, where its root bark has long been used in the spiritual ceremonies of the Bwiti tradition.
At Iboga Wellness Center, the experience is centred on self-discovery: looking inward, exploring your own truth, and reflecting on the patterns, beliefs, and choices that shape your life.
The Bwiti teachings shared around the fire explore self-love, acceptance, forgiveness, and purposeful living. Guests are welcome to bring their own spiritual or religious beliefs; there is no expectation to change them.
Each journey is personal. Experiences can include introspection, emotions, and insights, with time afterward to rest and reflect. The center’s retreats are psychospiritual experiences, rather than treatment for a medical or mental health condition.
Explore Iboga with Iboga Wellness Center ↗Preparing with care. Iboga has health risks and is not suitable for everyone. The center calls for careful screening, supervision, and an EKG/ECG heart check before participation. Some medications and health conditions may prevent participation. Review your circumstances with the center and a qualified medical professional.
